My name is Lou Paglia. I blog my thoughts here at correlate on things I find interesting like technology, start-ups, entrepreneurship and innovation.

I currently work in the Global Digital Media Group at MTV Networks leading an initiative called “Scenic”. Most recently, I served as SVP, Product at SnagAJob.com and Director & GM for Dow Jones Factiva at Dow Jones & Company (former joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters).

Back during the first internet wave, I had a variety of product roles at About.com, now a subsidiary of New York Times Digital, and also worked at Primedia after its purchase of About.com in 2000. I have a degree in CIS from James Madison University and received my MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. The rest of my background can be found on LinkedIn.

I am currently work in NYC and live in New Jersey with my wonderful wife and two children.
